LOCKERZ is a SCAM

Debunk the scam site Lockerz

Who are you?

I am ZDoctor. I created Lockerz-Scam. I have been waiting for you. You have many questions, and although the process has altered your consciousness, you remain irrevocably ignorant. Ergo, some of my answers you will understand, and some of them you will not. Concordantly, while your first question may be the most pertinent, you may or may not realize it is also irrelevant.

Is Lockerz a Scam?

Lockerz is the sum of a remainder of an unbalanced equation inherent to the programming of GPT Sites. It is the eventuality of an anomaly, which despite my sincerest efforts I have been unable to eliminate from what is otherwise a harmony of mathematical precision. While it remains a burden to sedulously avoid it, it is not unexpected, and thus not beyond a measure of control. Which has led you, inexorably, here.

Fake Lockerz Restock Prize Proof

Posted by zdoctor On January - 20 - 2010

Wow. If this isn’t proof enough of a scam, I’m not sure what is. It shows a comment about a viral marketing firm called Fanscape, which we have covered more intensively in another post. It’s some pretty interesting and revealing stuff, and shows Lockerz’ true side and their business practice. Keep reading, subscribing, and checking for more proof and news.

  1. ZZZ Said,

As with everything, intent is key.

If the intent of the “Scam” statement is meant as an opinion or point of view, that’s one thing.

But if there’s malice, then a whole different set of rules applies.

For instance, if I say Lockerz is a “Stupid scam and I hate it” on my forum/website for not getting what I want when I want, that’s not likely to be actionable.

Unless the entirety of my forum/website were defamatory claims about Lockerz. That would go to intent. Were it to be proven to the satisfaction of a jury that my intent was to cause harm to Lockerz public persona (and therefore cause a potential loss of revenue from the site), then Lockerz would likely win a cause of action.

Because in any event, it’s unlikely that LockerZ is a scam, and I couldn’t prove it even if I did believe it witch I never will.

lockerz-scam.c*m is doing just that with over and over lies with no proof of evidence. Prove me wrong guys please.

  2. zdoctor Said,

As with everything, intent is key. So you came here and post your comments with the intent
to blame this site. Cause of action, it is your quintessential human delusion. Have you heard of Freedom of Speech? I suppose you did not base on your defamatory comments. This is a Free-Speech Website protected by the First Amendment of the Legal Bill of Rights of the United States of America. The intent of this site is to provide the environment where one can make posts and comment on his or her experiences with Lockerz. The forum is open so people can be heard, unlike Lockerz Facebook where members were getting banned for expressing their opinions, especially after December Restock.
You fail miserably to comprehend on these aspects so you post defamatory comments with intent to cause harm to this site public persona, and therefore cause harm to all teenagers that are looking for information.
Your emotion that is blinding you from the simple and obvious fact: lockerz sucks, leads you to denial of truth, the state in which you close yourself tightly and you are afraid to reach beyond.
This site does not lie and has no intent to do so. We do not promise any prizes to anyone, we do not announce restock and make teenagers wait hours and hours. We do not tell them “to camp” at our site for hours (or days as happened with last restock). These young people need to be informed and they have the full right to have access to such information, whether you like it or not.

  3. Paradroid Said,

    Dear ZDoc,
On the internet, no one will listen to your logic.

You, my good sir, are a bit delusional… No one will listen to you. Besides, it would appear that, if indeed Lockerz is a scam, they have followers and spammers who are making it hard to convince people otherwise.
(fyi: I adhere to a strict “probability-type” of thinking. Because of this, I think that it is both not a scam and a scam at the same time.)

In short: your blog is a bit pointless.

However, your intentions are (from what I can see. I did a few checks and found nothing affiliating you) good, so I’ll give you a helpful pointer.

    Fill out this form:
    http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Hopefully that will bring the FBI knocking at their door (or Lockerz… Or at least their servers. Whatever…) and we can get to the bottom of this once and for all. If its a scam, good riddance. I would have filled it out before, but I lack evidence.

    Good luck!
    Paradroid

  4. Eric Said,

I know for a fact that Lockerz is not a scam. I ordered a Nintendo Wii with my points on lockerz and got it 4 days later. The Wii was brand new never opened, never used and has been working perfectly for 3 months. I also ordered NBA 2K10 and Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 2 which i got 5 days after i ordered them. They also have been working perfectly. So NO, LOCKERZ IS NOT A SPAM.

I’ve received a prize from them as well. It’s just tough to get on during a redemption.

  8. newtypeseed Said,

I ask that the people with the generic-sounding names to put up or shut up then. Post evidence that can actually show us that Lockerz isn’t a scam, otherwise your opinions are moot.
