The Most Successful Internet Scam EVER
We all thought we could get nice stuff like iPods, PSPs, and games consoles, just to name a few. All that was needed to be done is to go to www.lockerz.com, login and answer a very simple question to get 4 points, 8 if you are on the Z-List. Do that each day and in about a month you have enough points that can be redeemed for these cool gadgets. All for free. No fees whatsoever.
Doesn’t this sound great?
Sure it does, but apparently this does not work out as well as people would have hoped. I have tried endlessly to redeem my points for many months. I could not get anything from their site. Any item that I wanted to redeem become unavailable at the moment when I click the redeem button, however if you go to the previous page, the item is still available to redeem. This is very shady. I have heard from people that they had the same experience in the previous restocks. If I find out they’re legit, fine, but they definitely are ignorant, if they can’t get their act together after the 6th restock.
Please post your comments and share your experiences with lockerz.com.

I don’t know about you, but a friend of mine SUCCESSFULLY had gotten DJ Hero from lockerz, and has a video up.
His username on YouTube is Slippy318 if you want to look him up.

my friend got a wii from lockerz…so i’m pretty sure it’s real. since, i mean, i played on it and everything..and he’s broke.

I have MANY friends (all that are on Lockerz that have tried to redeem a prize) that have gotten their prizes.
Your funny redeem buttons were probably just a glitch.
Posted on January 21st, 2010 at 9:28 pm
Trust us, thousands of people had the same issue, and Lockerz even DISABLED COMMENTS on the facebook page during that restock.

I received my PSP from Lockerz some weeks ago:

Scam? No.

1.) 8 PTZ for login and daily. Get YOUR facts straight.
2.) I received a t-shirt, and how many thousands of other people didn’t get anything?
3.) Terms and Conditions and a Privacy Policy if written correctly can sell dailies.
If you came here to criticize us without any good proof or arguments, you’re an idiot.
(Learn how to spell).
Posted on January 24th, 2010 at 3:55 pm
I may have a couple of spelling errors, because I am a human, and errors will happen.
Their privacy policy states that lockerz does not sell sensitive information to any third parties.
You’re the idiot. Lockerz is legit. Look at the PA BBB report, if there isn’t one, then lockerz is legit. If you still think they’re a scam, then contact the FBI and have them tap into their network.
There’s nothing else I can do to back up my claim, at least I know they’re legit.

“I click the redeem button, however if you go to the previous page, the item is still available to redeem. This is very shady”
Sounds like the front page didn’t get updated. You take simple things, and twist them around to sound bad. Lame.
Posted on February 17th, 2010 at 8:39 pm
AHAHAH AHHAHA sucker got a glitch and is blaming a website when 99.999% of other ppl apear to get there gifts its kinda stupid and i love craigsnedker’s point of when u say it looks very shady its probably not able to be bought ur twisting words to make them sound bad
Posted on March 18th, 2010 at 8:33 am
lolololololololololololol….99,999% of people get there prizes…ah you make me laugh…..if this is so..why does lockerz take there facebook down after general redemptions because of all the bad comments…if most people did get a prize then they could just ban/remove those making those comments….why is it that Youtube has less than 0.11% of membership showing they got a prize? why is there barely 1% everywhere else on the internet..hmmm? how would they afford this massive cost? and if they were doing this why not spend a few more bucks to give the other 00.001% of membership a prize? because they can’t even afford 5%

Lockerz is just a highly refined web 2.0 scheme to play on people’s desire to get free gear. The site makes you jump through all sorts of hoops just to maybe get a chance at possibly redeeming PTZ for gear. Which, of course, depends on you being on the site at the exact right time and you clicking “buy” before anyone else does… I bet there’s only one of each item after “restocking.” Lockerz isn’t necessarily a “scam” but it is definitely a bunch of bullshit.
Posted on June 29th, 2010 at 10:42 pm
So the redemption on July 1st really irked me. 5:00 PM EST? What a lousy time, rush hour on a work day? I don’t understand how people redeem anything here unless they have no job and no life.
Posted on July 2nd, 2010 at 10:04 am
In reply to Patrick’s so called “post”. I too have been a Z-Lister for a number of years and would like to make public my deepest reservations that “patrick”, or so he calls himself, has in fact never been on the Z-List and that this is the reason that he has never received a t shirt by post or been replied to in the form of electronic mail!
I would also like to add that i have had no problem redeeming points on the website Lockerz and that i have recently acquired an “apple ipad” from Lockerz as well as a special edition Z lister t shirt that i am going to sell on to make a profit. Mwah hahahahah!!!!!!!!
I would also like to add that I am most troubled by the deep incompetance of the initial commenters ability to spell the american language.
Posted on July 6th, 2010 at 4:24 pm
I think the issue is you can only redeem if you are in the U.S. Has anyone in any country other than the U.S successfully redeemed? I know of a whole bunch of people from a Canadian freebie site that joined Lockerz and none of them can redeem and most of them have a very large amount of points. The majority of which want to cash out via paypal. I can see how prizes may be out of stock but how exactly can paypal be out of stock?
Posted on July 8th, 2010 at 8:40 am
it isnt a scam but if it was all you loose is your time
Posted on July 10th, 2010 at 10:41 am
I ordered GTA 4 from shop by using all o my PTZ to make it free, I got an email telling mr that my order was accepted. The next day I get an email saying that my order was cancelled because supposeably I broke the rules. I think lockers is a scam! And maybe some people posting stuff up hear saying that they got their stuff are people from Lockerz!
Posted on July 14th, 2010 at 12:28 am
well Pooface the correct English spelling of “t shirt” is t-shirt as defined by the English dictionary.
Posted on July 18th, 2010 at 11:26 am
lockerz is not a scam. The only reason people don’t get their z list t shirts is because they have to go to the account settings and select your shirt size so they can send it to you..
Posted on July 31st, 2010 at 11:34 am
@Pooface
Incompetance? Seriously? Retard. Get your spelling right before you criticise. Moron.

I finally got into the general redemption for the first time today….and guess what??? Pretty much everything they had, they were fresh out! How can you have a general redemption, do all this restocking….and be fresh out of stock barely 2 minutes into the redemption!!! I had my heart set on an iPod Touch 64g….guess that’s out the door! For that specific item you need 10,125ptz! But when I looked at the redemption page once, it said 800 ptz. What the hell! With a little over 2,000 ptz… I couldn’t even get a damn Amazon card!!! Surely beginning to feel like a waste of time!
Posted on August 5th, 2010 at 4:06 pm
lockerz is a scam, i speak spanish by the way and
probably those videos are fake, i don’t trust in that, probably they are friends of lockerz or something like that ajajajaj
today i tried to redeem in the first minute!!!!! and what happened?
“prize redemption coming soon” WTF, in the first minute and i can’t redeem anything.
lockerz must be shut down…
Posted on August 6th, 2010 at 8:03 pm
I totaly agree with pooface and believe that you “ross” and you “yellow” are also displeased with your distinct lack of a z-lister t shirt (which is in fact the correct spelling of t shirt)
Posted on August 9th, 2010 at 5:46 pm
(No it’s not, it’s T-shirt).
Posted on November 3rd, 2010 at 4:44 pm

I think I found something for you guys.

Even if Lockerz is a scam at least you don’t loose much. Do you know what companies deserve to be shut down? The ones that ask for your phone number online and then charge you a lot for every message they send you. And the best part no one stops them even your provider. So if you have a company to try and shut down and warn people about are those kinds of companies. Lockerz doesn’t charge you anything, it’s your risk in whether to participate in the event or not, because to be honest other people buy those products with their own money and people on Lockerz just want a 100 percent guarantee on having the same products in exchange for some points.
Oh and not everyone in the internet is supposed to know english. They can be using google translate so the translation isn’t right. Or English is not their first language. So shut up with all the immature talk and grow up. After you grow up then you can discuss this matter.
You know what, shut down this website and create an actual site for ACTUAL scam that risks people’s money and information online. That’s an actual problem not a random site which only buy time which the user decided to loose that way. Getting free things online always is risky.
Posted on December 7th, 2010 at 12:19 am
these people that say lockerz isnt a scam is probably from lockerz, and they are trying to get people to thing it isnt a scam!
Posted on December 12th, 2010 at 12:15 pm
lockerz sucks
Posted on December 17th, 2010 at 4:26 am
1. never got my t shirt
2. as soon as redemption starts liderly 30 seconds later everything is fresh out except some wallpapers or bs like that
3. out of like millions of people maybe a few will get their prizes
4. waste of lifetime of course
5. people want to believe lockerz is real because their hoping for some free stuff which might never happen
Posted on December 17th, 2010 at 4:40 am
I just dont understand how everyone is calling it a scam. So what if you arent getting your crap, its a free website. You arent putting any money into it, just your time. I have been doing it for quite a while and i love it. I was one of the first to go on. Everytime i click the redemption button, there always seems to be prizes available. I have gotten dozens of prizes from just and xbox 360 game to a new ipod touch. This website is awesome and if you say it is a scam, stop complaining and just dont use the site.
Posted on December 30th, 2010 at 10:22 am
the thing is, people are downloading autofill programs that instantly fill out the info for the name, address, whatsoever. The bot fills it out in a milisecond so they always get their prize. And also, people have made tons of accounts to boost their pointz through the roof. I have been a member of lockerz since the beginning, and i know all the tricks people use because my sister helped design the website a few summers ago and Kathy Savitt, the creator of the website, was our neighbor. She has now moved to seattle because the lockerz offices are stationed there.
Posted on January 9th, 2011 at 7:53 am
I was a member of lockerz for almost 2 years. Over time I was only able to get a PSP game which I haven’t been able to play. Other than that all I got was screwed out of nearly 20,000 PTZ and they refuse to fix the problem. With all these changes they made ….its now extremely hard to acctually get something worth getting. Atleast before it was a little easier. Also I notice that in shop if an item, lets say a PS3 for example, at a 50% off discount is $150.00. But you wanna get it free, so you need 369,000 ptz. What I am getting at is the more PTZ you earn so you can get the PS3 free, the higher the amount you need to get the 100% off. I know last time i checked it out, you needed something like 220,000, now you need 368,973. Kinda messed up ain’t it?
Posted on January 19th, 2011 at 10:34 pm
This post is a year old but I believe now it’s a scam. They try and make it real by showing bands that are advertising for them but I haven’t gotten one thing and bid MANY times. & you can’t “redeem” your “PTZ” anymore on the site…everything is always “coming soon.” It’s a joke.
Posted on February 17th, 2011 at 3:26 pm
You are so dumb. You can only redeem during certain redemption times, not every day. Read the rules. Think and do your research before you make a comment like that. Idiot
Posted on February 28th, 2011 at 2:45 pm
I agree that the people who are saying Lockerz is so great probably work for them or know someone who works for them.
Posted on April 16th, 2011 at 6:27 am
I placed an order a week ago, paid everything in full with points I earned from dailies and watching videos legitimately. it was cancelled in 12hours because I somehow violated their terms of use. After placing a ticket of inquiry as to what I supposedly did wrong and was accused of doing, the case was closed and deemed solved without so much as the courtesy of a response. I was asked to leave feedback as to how this case was resolved, but when I tried to leave a bad/unsatisfactory remark, I wasn’t even allowed to do that.
I have enough points again for a similar purchase, again watching videos. If you’ve been on Lockerz.com recently, you should all be familiar with their 500ptz videos. Just watching those was enough to regain my points. I’ve gone through them one by one and have entered the capture code when necessary. I haven’t used an autofill bot or anything that would violate their terms of use. I’ve placed an order again this morning, and I will await for a response from them. Then we will know if we can Lockerz.com a scam.
