I hate Lockerz! I bulit up over 700 PTZ and in the November Restock it was a HUGE FAIL! I stayed online for hours as those assholes were probebly laughing their asses off. And finally I order a Skateboard Deck. Get my recipt, its all good right? WRONG! I forwarded my recipt like they said,I should have gotten a second one like they promised. That didnt happen. I contacted them countless times and 0 responces from them. I never got my skateboard deck. Plus I never got my Z-List T-Shirt and I was a Z-lister since October! And I gave my account away. I just checked like a week ago and the new owner had over 2000 PTZ on there. And there have been 2 restocks. I wonder why? Fuck Lockerz. All of us on here need to take that site down!

Because I been reading all of your post and the same thing that happened to you happened to me! what a casuality, you dont think so? I already have more than 1000 ptz, but what for? they are getting Money, for getting more members every day, and what about us, just a stupid t-shirt, and a gay ass pay pal gift cards. no I dont think so! I did redeem on november, and send my receipts that they send me before the 2nd of december, and receive nothing! they came out with a stupid excuse, that I did not send nothing! Mark even if we hack the site, all we get is PTZ. And those PTZ are worthless. There are many hacks online to hack PTZ but there is no way you could hack in there and get prizes. Plus what Zmaster said, thats illegal anyway.

i had a situation when lockerz “asked” us to come clean about ptz or cheating to get ptz and i had noticed that i received like 10 ptz extra when i logged in so i let them know through emial explaining the situation saying idk what happened i didn’t cheat they just appeared and asked to remove it. there response was “O WERE HAPPY YOU TOLD US YOU CHEATED DO IT AGIAN AND WILL BE UPSET” thats the day i realized lockerz is full of fucking shit scam and i am going to earn my things the old fashioned way and fucking work for it. umm you don’t see how we are having trouble with it? the surprise redemptions that can happen at anytime, the extremely limited items in stock compared to membership, the fact that lately they have been waiting till the couple of days of the deadline to restock, the fact because they wait, everyone knows it has to happen and check non-stop, the millions at once trying to get prizes that are only in stock for seconds, the fact that lockerz makes such a hype that more people join, etc……i don’t see how your not seeing how we have a problem with it…by the way which redemptions did you get the mac and ipod? how long have you been a member, and how many invites do you have?

Lockerz is a scam they make the redemption’s big deals and then they only give less than 1% of people prizes so they can look good. I have been on the site for a long time and have yet to receive a prize. everytime anyone and myself redeemed something they come up with a fake excuse like you cheated without telling how or that their was a problem with the receipt. They are a very big scam and soon they will take away all our ptz because they will expire and then most members will lose their time with nothing to show for it!

hahaha…jano..we know that it’s a business and they are in it to make money and that most wll be left disappointed…..this is how it is a scam…the definition of scam is “Deprive of by deceit”….No redemption is not easy but lockerz makes it seem easy by saying that they added more prizes even though the last couple of redemption’s have gotten shorter and shorter. They also only allow positive feedback on facebook and remove anything that could be seen to question them and the lockerz site only says that things went perfect and nothing went wrong..Clearly this is Deceit, they are deceiving people that there are little to no problems and they have the huge chance of getting a prize even though you have a huge chance of getting nothing…Also they do not say when the redemption is and say it can happen anytime so people need to check none stop to have a chance to get something and they do not allow auto-refresher so you have to personally refresh and check…so you spend time and effort trying to get a prize….in this way they are depriving you..So they are Depriving you by using Deceit…SO that’s Deprive of by Deceit..which might I add is the definition of a scam…..and also if it was that east yes they would no longer be a business but a major argument for people for lockerz is that lockerz is giving huge amount of prizes 50-90% of membership and they are doing this because liberty media own 80%….well yes liberty media funds some of lockerz but they are both businesses and they both are out to make money not give it away. Why would they spend $10 million a month on prizes to get a hype about the site when they could spend $10,000 and still get a hype and save millions of dollars…they have to be a scam in order for them to operate because if they told people just how hard it is and just how limited prizes were then people would leave and stop trying because the odds would be staggering…so lockerz deceiving its members to keep them on as long as possible to gain as much as they can out of them..

I sent an email into lockerz about the January restock. I had been there for the redemption period when everyone was awing about the cool prizes they had just redeemed, and yet I am sitting down, staring at a screen saying, prize redemption coming soon. It said that throughout all of that day. So I sent them an email 9 days ago, and I still have not gotten a reply. They don’t seem to be fulfilling their end of the deal… I have been to every prize redemption since October, and not once have I even been able to look at a prize that isn’t fresh out.

) sooo , i don’t have a bad story with lockerz buuut a friend of mine was scam from lockerz , in october he caught the redem and he “bought” a “golden” necklace , when the package arrived in the country , he opened and surprise … it was a necklace only … not of gold , pure iron 
he reject the package and paid the shipping in the contry and reshipping in usa , he paid 120 lei = 40 dolars for what? for a scam @-) nice , no? and now i have a biiiig question about this site , but the real thing is that i don’t have any change to win something with al the fuzz around the site @-) i wonder , i will have the FREE t-shirt , or i will pay him to ? “to be or not to be , that is the question”

Wow alot of jealous people that didnt get prizes, its people like you who dont deserve free things because you sign in one a day get points and leave so you can get free stuff, ive been a member and a z-lister for months and have gotten an Xbox and a psp i watch all the videos on the site participate and email them suggestions witch they have taken (like secret redemption times, so there site wont crash) i also suggested banning or not giving prizes to people who are greedy with points so no its not a scam you are just way to impatient

Lockerz is fake just quit you won’t get anything. I waited for 4 hours for redemption as soon as they tweeted or posted on their main page that Redemption is live it said posted 1-2 seconds ago. I went to the redemption page, electricals and everything straight away FRESH OUT with the exception of the most expensive item there the iMac. 3200ptz still available, 3 shit DS games, 2 shit PSP games and just a whole lot of Desktop backgrounds. Lockerz = fake, they get money from you answering their daily questions, as it is basically an questionnaire that other businesses create and Lockerz gets paid for people answering them… Their play videos section is a form of advertisements as you are watching movie trailers/music videos and sometimes they contain 30 second advertisements in the beginning. They get paid for that as well.
And for those stupid twitter accounts that say thank you for the prizes and shit are fake. The best redemption was in December when it was redemption day and everyone was clicking on redeem and they all got redirected to the front page. I searched on twitter and thousands of people were getting the same thing. You would also get the odd people who would of created a account minutes ago saying yes I redeemed or I got through or whatever. YouTube accounts don’t know, as far as I know those who received prizes was when Lockerz first opened and was in Beta.

I was lucky enough to be one of the few able to redeem a prize on the December 31st redemption. I redeemed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition for the XBox 360. After about a week I received an email that confirmed my prize. Strangely enough, my brother redeemed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for PS3 (not Prestige Edition) and he was able to receive it within 2 weeks after redeeming. It’s February 26 (NEARLY 2 MONTHS AFTER) and I still have yet to receive my prize (Prestige Edition) or receive ANY shipping information. LOCKERZ IS THE BIGGEST SCAM.

lockerz sent me a e-mail telling me i was going to get a $50.00 gift card and i still have not gotten anything at all that was 11/2009 it now going into march 2010 and noting i have e-mail them over and over again and noting they e-mailed me once telling me i would hear something soon and i did not get anything yet so i started e-mailing them again and nothing at all so lockerz is a scam they cant keep up with there end so i am out i am going back to swagbucks fuck lockerz and there scam

So let’s analyze logically your reasoning and see what are we going to arrive at. So you mention the following:
(1) It is not lockerz fault the redemption ends within a second from starting.
I am not sure about that second, but it is very well known their redemption sessions end so quickly. Lockerz as an entity is a business that conducts periodic redemption. This so called redemption is tightly coupled with their line of business. All their members, which could be perceived as customers, participate in redemption to get a prize, for which they have worked by spending their time to gather points. When redemption ends so quickly, these members or customers are unable to get what they wanted. This leads to customer dissatisfaction which in effect leads to a customer complaining. The so called member or customer had no wrongdoing while trying to get an item, which he or she did not get as a result of failed redemption. Basically a member devoting his time to lockerz was not able to be rewarded for his time. Going further, this member has no guarantee to be rewarded for his time at all. Since lockerz owns redemption, every time the redemption fails or leaves thousands or millions of dissatisfied members, it is lockerz’s fault and nobody else’s.
(2) Lockerz redemption ends so quickly since they have 6+ million members.
I do not know how many members do they have exactly, but we can assume it is over 6 million. Your statement in (2) above suggests the following: the lockerz redemption fails due to the huge number of memberships. But who then is responsible for such a huge member base? It is obviously lockerz since their business practice allows member base to grow exponentially. Any member invited into their system invites 20 people to become a z lister and those he invited will continue on the journey to do the same. This is similar to a pyramid scheme. The member list grows so fast the business is incapable to deal with it. Who suffers from all this? It is not lockerz but their members, as they are not being rewarded for their time. Similarly to the conclusion in (1) it is lockerz fault that redemption sessions end so quickly.
I hope that clearly outlines the specifics of failed lockerz redemption.

it is lockerz falt “nick g” they purposely gained that many members..by making it a invite only and giving members more ptz for getting other to join and giving them a shirt for inviting 20 members what did they expect??? if 10 people each invited 20 people that is 210 members (just in case you retarded and say its 200, then you forgot to add the original 10) then those 210 invite 20 each and thats 42,210 members….its like a pyramid scheme..they get there members to get more members..it keeps stacking and stacking…they do this because they want a large fan base and they knew that they could not give that many prizes

I built up PTZ for nothing. I made all the previous redemption’s but upon entering, there is nothing available. EVER. Then I paid a hundred PTZ for the third wave redemption in February and was able to see when it went live. I tried for an hour to get in and every time I got a picture of a dog licking an window saying “oh no there is a technical error”. According to the post the next day, all of the sudden on the third wave, some mysterious members had tried some new software to try and illegally enter the site without having paid their ptz and as a result it jammed the servers. I find it funny that no one tried this during waves one and two. Only during the third one when people had paid the least ptz for entering. Needless to say, I wasn’t able to get anything. I also find it funny that sooooo many people have enough ptz to buy like 5,000 pay pal cash. C’mon. I think that there aren’t any prizes and that they just make you think that people can get them.

m sorry to break it to you, but the only people who actually receive prizes from Lockerz are people who stay up all night clicking, people who use scripts to automatically request prizes as they become available, and the laughable Z-listers who get a free T-shirt. You’ll always be beat out by people with faster connections and scripts that react faster than humanly possible. Paypal cards are your best bet, but those take forever to credit and require bank accounts (a little counter-productive).

U guys are all cab!! as has already been said there are millions of people trying to get little amounts of prizes. do any of you even read things on the site, if you look hard enough you will find that they talk of not every one getting a definate prize, and about getting a “golden” necklace im sure if you actually READ the description you will find its gold coated or similar which means thin layer of gold over iron.WOW!!. bet ya never thought of that and i dont see why your complaining about loosing money because you sent it back, come on it was your choice to send it back costing you and probably loosing your FREE Prize and the paypal cash thing the paypal money could be worth more because its not cash its money on the internet able to buy anything from anywhere. also if you know anything about automated systems you would realise that sending a message through a thing to “come clean about cheating” of course you will get a message and probably get points deducted, do you really think there is a person at the end of each of your emails reading all the crap you did to scam there site, wouldnt it be easier to have a set up which automatically sent a message and deducted points. it would be a big saver on wages. and for the redemption day stuff about there being no redemption did you check that the time they said was the right time in relation to where you live eg. if GMT was used then 12:00pm in london is 12:00pm but it would be something like 6 Am for America, you realise there are parts of the world that are at least a day ahead of america, or did you think the whole planet had the same time. also if your brother redeemed something and got it but you didn’t does that not show that you can get prizes you were just to slow or unlucky or something, its a bit stupid ( and you sound jealous ) when you say your brother got one but you didnt so therefore its a scam!! it doesnt work its a bit like an oxymoron.

i had spend my 350 PTZ for lockerz member appreciation redeepmtion. on 25 jan i had miss my redeem due ti refreshing of lockerz. now well i lose my all point. but after redeem day there was lockerz general restock which i had also missed due to refreshing of lockerz server. i get very frustate i send email to lockerz saying “Lockerz is Fuckerz” they ban me.
i hate lockerz i had now resigned. i love lifeclickz.com. it is very nice i had got ipod touch 32gb they keep their redeepmtion 24/7.

Lockerz makes me mad just as everyone else. I didn’t make the January redemption, but I was glad for the Febuary redemption. I don;t recall what date they said it was going to be on, but I did write it down on my calender that I check each and every day. As I recall It was on a Friday, so on that Friday I tried at morning about 7 am just before I went to school, but the redemption wasn’t goiong on, so I logged off and went to school, when I came back from school which was about 2:30, I jumped on my computer and went to lockerz, on the front page it said something like ” We are rebuilding the site please try again later”. I tried every 10 minutes and kept getting that message. Until finally it let me sign on about 2 hours after. lol patience….you could be on lockerz 100 years and never get anything….I have been a member for almost 11 months now and still nothing….each redemption is crap and each one gets shorter and seems to get worse each in a different way…lockerz never claimed it was a place for people with patience…lockerz claimed that you get ptz for doing the things you love and then redeem prizes as soon as you have enough ptz….how long did it take after the iPod to get the case….

Lol four times from the pictures from the LAB meeting back in 2009… .the example they gave us showed that a prize worth 175ptz would become 1000ptz…. but if they raise it four times you have to remember that Lockerz claims there would be more than 15 ways to earn PTZ…. right now there are only 4 ways…. so technically the over 15 ways would void the 4x and the time would to get enough PTZ would stay the same or increase.

I was @ his house when he got it in the mail, but one of my other friends ordered a t-shirt like last year and still hasn’t gotten it.. The one’s who made Lockerz are not stupid, but scammers and idiots. They clearly have a very small stock of items, and that’s the point of their business. They have calculated their loss of money and what they will gain from adds and commercials, as all other business does.
When 6,000,000 members simultaneously tries to get their prize, and there’s only, let’s say, few thousands items in stock, or less, of course only a very small amounts will get their prizes! It’s a scam website and that’s their business. Besides, how many do you actually know who has gotten their prizes IRL?

I have only been able to rack up 400 points from December to now, trying to get into every redemption they had. I was screwed over from all the redemptions including the “member appreciation redemption” witch was closed without notice due to “hackers”. Now the 4x points increase requires me to spend 2 hours a day on Lockerz to rack up points and get screwed over every redemption.
Please! somebody start spreading the word about this onto other sites and possibly stop or persuade Lockerz to be fair.

It is unbelievable how many people fall for this lockerz BS. How could anyone even think that some obscure web site on the internet will just send them free stuff for basically doing nothing. You people who have spent time and effort on the lockerz site…all for nothing…deserve what you get (no offense, but if you are stupid enough to fall for a gimmick like this then you deserve to get scammed).
It is beyond me how people can think that there is some benevolent company out there, called lockerz, that wants to give away free stuff to people. It reminds me of those scam companies back in the earlier days of the internet where you would install an app on your computer that would display advertisements, and you would get paid based on the amount of time you were using your computer looking at the ads… But no one ever got paid…and those that said they did were probably paid though…paid actors. That way they can say that lockerz (or whatever site) gave them something for free…although they don’t disclose (or lie) as to how these individuals actually got the cash/prizes.
It is all a gimmick. By it’s nature, a business (especially corporations) are structured to make money…or there would be no business. Corporations/businesses only have 1 priority – to make money (for stockholders). That’s it. It is totally naive to think otherwise. These people aren’t your friends. They aren’t looking after any of your best interests. They don’t care about any of you at all (and are probably laughing at you on top of it all). The only reason lockerz exists is to make the owners money through perpetuating their ongoing scam (and with the use of legal maneuvering and clever wording to cover their asses). Don’t dilute yourself into thinking otherwise and you will very clearly see (in conjunction with their shady actions and tactics as mentioned in all the posts/comments above) that the lockerz site is a scam.
If it looks like a pig, acts like a pig, and “oinks” like a pig…then its a pig, regardless of whether or not it is wearing a zebra costume… Open your eyes people and quit giving these scammers power and money for *your* time and effort.

After racking up major points 600+, I got banned from lockerz without even being given a reason. Emailed support many times, but it was ignored.
Finally the loser Kathy Savitt (the owner of that site) replied back and basically said “get lost” and thought to herself *muahahahahaha*
Lockerz scams! they may give a couple of gifts away to “look legit”, but its foundation is built on scamming its users, banning them without reason, and giving lame excuses in regards to not being able to redeem for months.

OK so it was November of last year when lockerz was having those redemption problems. I actually got to order a damn PSP but they fucked up my address ! Not only that but they sayI have to send them an email with my receipt because their site is such a peace of shit, and I do like fucking 13 times and another 10 emails saying how they fucked my address up. And just this month they send me a fucking email saying that I didn’t send the receipt right and there’s nothing they can do. COMPLETE AND UTTER BULLSHIT ! COULD HAVE JUST SENT ME MY FUCKING PSP. Right guys I have been on the Z-list since 12/03/09 and I haven’t received my z-list t shirt all my shipping details are correct. I have emailed lockerz about this and they do not respond so i went onto facebook to their page and I posted saying, “What’s up I haven’t received my tshirt” and they deleted my post so I posted saying, “why’d you delete my post are you trying to hide something” and they deleted it again and they banned me from posting on facebook lockerz page now I think it must be a scam banning me so the truth can’t get out.

I figured I would give Lockerz.com a shot, I mean hey some friends of mine were talking it up. Telling me oh man its so easy to get points, you just invite people, watch videos and they add up so fast! However, after I checked out lockerz it seemed pretty legit.. I mean great layout looked nice so I registered. No where did it tell me that after I slave over watching videos and the 30 seconds advertisements before each one that I was not guaranteed a prize. I earned 770 points for the April redemption and I just wanted to at least sign in to the redemption to see what its like. So i would be ready for the next one, well the redemption was never announced and occurred at 5:58pm USA (WI). Hello, people are out eating dinner at that time, if I would have known about it I would have stayed in.
Anyway, prizes run out in about 2 seconds so you better have a ultra fast Internet connection and wicked fast typing skills. I feel very ripped off and I am not to happy. So I spoke my mind and created this youtube video which I have attempted to post on their Facebook Fan Page, but guess what! They just delete them all and ban me from leaving anymore comments!!! So please, lets spam their fan page with this video!!!

Ok the spring fling redemption WAS A FAIL!!!!!! DIS WAT HAPPEND TO ME. I was playing dis dragonball z game then i check lockerz.com for a sec and said the redemption is in progress. I GET SOOOOO HAPPY because i was in it. So i click redeem and im at the redeeming site. i log on then i go to electronics and everthing was almost gone so i scroll down and almost all the xbox 360 games were finished. there was mlb 2010, dantes inferno and others but the were going fresh out fast so i start panicking and just choose dantes inferno because FOR SOME REASON halo 3 odst wasnt on the list so tht wasted some of my time anyways i choose dantes inferno THEN THE PAGE REFRESHES!!! yes,,prizes go out of stock fast and most don’t get something…regardless of how fast you are the same amount of people are not going to get prize it’s just a matter of who…and this alone does not make lockerz a scam….but when you add lockerz deceit then it does make them a scam…a new member would read the terms, about, and the login video…after reading these they would know “you get prizes” meaning they use the site and will get a prize…”you”ll be rewarded” again meaning they will be rewarded for doing the tasks lockerz asks of them….”turn around and redeem” meaning when they get enough ptz, say they want a ipod touch 8gb. from that quote they would think that once they get 1300ptz they would get the iPod touch 8gb…..does lockerz say you have to be faster than everyone else…nope…does lockerz say you have to be one of the lucky few..no…they just say you will get prizes..which is deceptive with means since lockerz is using deception to gain and keep membership to gain a profit from ads that in fact they are a scam…

Everyone here who thinks lockerz.com is a scam, are all fucking dumb asses. Lockerz.com is a site where, like in real life, you have to earn your prize. I have redeemed twice since my start in dec of 09. Plus i have fairly gotten on the Z-list, which they sent me a T-shirt. In other words the people on this site did you guys ever once cheat? Even once? Because they know, trust me they know. The fact is, you have to earn what you are buying, my friends down here in lafayette IN, all are on lockerz.com and all have redeemed. Are you telling me that this whole site is filled with people who couldn’t redeem, but 4 or 5 kids in the same town have been doing it fine for almost a year? That’s sad. Another thing, What they do is they give you survey questions, you answer them, and they send them to Corp. people who take the answers and make product with them. And that is a lot of money, so that’s one way they get there money for all of this. Plus amazon*tm* so, i’m sure that if 4 or 5 17-19 year old kids can redeem maybe you can too.

I spent months saving up my ptz and going on lockerz, and two days ago I finally got enough ptz to get what I wanted: headphones and a snowboard sticker. So I ordered it and got a confirmation email and everything. Today I got an email saying that they “weren’t sure the reason” but they were going to cancel my order. This website is suck a fucking scam. I lost over 1000 ptz, and they cancelled my order. How do they not know why they are canceling my order. That makes no sense at all. WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT?!

so, apparently they sent me an email saying i was violating the terms and that the lockerz team detected that i was cheating. It really funny how they send me this after i try to redeem a aluminum water bottle in shop, and instead of me getting my water bottle, they take away the 1440 points i used to buy it. THANKS LOCKERZ! i’ve never even cheated, and i have joined since last year, when they still in “beta”

this is a follow up to my above post. yes, i have redeemed one thing, but that was back last year. it was just that $25 paypal card. It wasn’t a scam back then, but now, i think the shop thing is a scam. lockerz probably gives out their prizes once in a while, just so that people will say “I HAVE RECEIVED SOMETHING FROM THAT SITE” so that others will want to join in.
bottom line is, if you get really lucky, you get a cheap prize worth under $50. probably less than 10 people each redemption actually get something

Well I joined lockerz thinking it was an honest website….Boy was i wrong. Redemption is n effin fake. I got in 2 minutes into it n I saw that everything was gone..except the wallpapers and the imac. Now this shop thing is opened and they say if u get enough points u can get the item for free n the shipping could be free as well. So i try to get this wristband usb. I order it. Go and confirm my information. Guess what it says it cannot process the order. It says to try again. I try 4 times b4 i leave. I come back it’s still available so I try again. I get the same freaking message that the order cold not be placed. Today i was going to get a perfect tee shirt n i put the info n all…N it tells me the order could not b placed n to try again later. Im like WTF!! so yea Shop is no better than redemption.

I have done nothing to deserve this. I’ve worked for over a year to earn ~4000PTZ. I finally made a purchase in SHOP and they cancelled it claiming I cheated. They do not mention any specifics or any valid reason, just that I supposedly cheated. This is just another way for Lockerz to eliminate people who may actually redeem something from their website. HEY IDIOTS! Nothing is going to be easy to earn for free. The first three redemption’s I tried to redeem, i failed. I kept trying and the fourth one I got my iMac. Then two redemption’s later, I got a $1000 cash card. You guys just have NO PATIENCE. And if lockerz is a scam, that is one elaborate ass scam. They update their website everyday, respond to your emails in person, a good website, and plus in the play section they would not be showing their faces all the time in the videos where they let you know how to use there website, that would give who they are away, thus showing the people who run the scam.
And p.s. For those of you who say it doesn’t ever give you the redeem now, Its cus you have to refresh the freakin page retards.

I been checking out the point of views of those that dislike lockerz and come to a conclusion that lockerz is a legit, yet shitty business. I know it was too good to be true for a place to give you free stuff without a catch, but I let my curiosity and greed suck me in. I have been saving up my ptz since I joined in April and I kept on missing the redemption by a few minutes and thats pissing me off. I looked at the shop, where you can get discounts with ptz or free stuff, but the problem is it either takes up a vast amount of ptz in the thousands to get 50% off or all your ptz to get it for free. I always wonder how lockerz make money to support this operation, but it became clear with the ads before the vid and the vid being promotion for some channel or band. Even with the sponsors ad, that’s not enough to support the whole “Free stuff via redemption.” The small amount of people ranging in the millions joining the site via invite and the amount of prizes which cost alot money being promised to them with a chance of redemption is the equivalent of winning something from the lottery. My theory is that lockerz only have enough cash to have only a few prizes and they reduce the chances of people getting these prizes by methods such as the surprise redemption and ptzs increase to prevent major profit lost and keep a few members happy to continue supporting the site while everyone is pissed off. I guess it wouldn’t be profitable if they be frank and say ” join lockerz and watch shit loads of commericial to keep us in business and we give you ptz that you can save up for product discount or get it completely free” I just went to a facebook page where people are gathering members who not only wasted their time with lockerz due to false promises of free items and the annoying redemption problems, but also those who never got their products in the mail or got accused of cheating and have all their PTZ reduce to zero. Also I watched a 40 minute video on Youtube by some angry douche-bag explaining how lockerz is a scam with evidence such as those that show off the prizes they got don’t show their face or they are lockerz staff due to the account being almost like ghost accounts. I know everybody got frustrated and ripped off, but instead of complaining about it, why don’t everybody work together and file a lawsuit against lockerz for false advertisement. This website , lockerz-scam.com look like a place of cynicism and most people won’t listen by insult and conjecture without evidence and logic( which I am half baked on). People who are not educated consumer or those that let their curiosity get the better of them despite having a few grain of skepticism, will end up learning things the hard way too late. So you guys sue the shit out lockerz, while I try to play and leave lockerz not empty handed since the only thing I am wasted on this event in my life is some of my time and not the money out of my wallet.

Here’s the deal with Lockerz..
It isn’t a scam per se, but it is a vile enterprise. I joined earlier this month (June 2010) and I’ve managed to rack up about 2100 points but I know I won’t get anything. I will give the redemption one shot, but again, the chances are the same as winning the lottery.
Lockerz has over two million members. There are about 100 youtube “unboxing” videos. I honestly believe that some people get prizes but here’s the catch: all Lockerz have to do is carry one of each prize. That’s why the redemptions run out in less than a minute. They don’t openly admit to the number of prizes available and for good reason — they don’t have to. Think about it.. millions of people answer surveys, watch promotional videos and buy things at full price in the Lockerz SHOP for =ONE= reason: to get points for the redemptions. No one cares about the content of the videos. Personally I hate those two douchebags and their smug, lying, soulless faces. I can’t stress this enough — without the redemption there is no Lockerz. As an online community it fails because the content is inferior, boring, shallow and sub-par. As an online store it fails because everything is at 110% retail value. No deals, nothing. You’re better off buying the same stuff on Amazon of eBay.
So what can we do about it? Actually, there is something we can do. And it’s legal.
Lockerz claims they stock prizes for the monthly redemptions. What we need to do is have everyone who participates in either the normal or bonus redemption report what happened — if they redeemed a prize or not. If we get two million people, or even two thousand for that matter, to openly admit that they wasted hours upon hours watching videos and answering surveys for FREE but never received anything, we can file a class action suit against Lockerz and demand to be paid for our work. By taking time out of our schedules to work for Lockerz we deserve to be compensated, be it with prizes or money. It’s work and on this planet, in western civilization, no one works for free. It is illegal for someone to run a business on slave labor. Every answer you give to the “dailies” questions is WORK. Every ad/promotional video you take the time to watch is WORK. No one works for free.
I am going to closely monitor the June redemption. I earned my points legally and very painstakingly. If I don’t get a prize, even something small, I will take this shit straight to court.

We need to fight fire with fire. They get hits on their website from invites, videos and “redemptions”. We’ll get hits by calling them out for what they are — a vile, unethical, immoral, shallow, unfair, unjust business.

I’ve been on Lockerz since January, I have almost 4000 PTZ and I’m a Z-Lister. I became a Z-Lister after about 3 weeks of being on Lockerz. I haven’t gotton any shirt that they said that if you fill out your size information, you should get very soon after you make the Z-List. I filled out the info the same day I joined. Every time I go on a redemption, within one minute, everything is “fresh out”. SHOP is bs, everything is overpriced and I bet you won’t even get any. All the unboxing videos on the web are obviously fake, Lockerz just hires people to create these fake videos, and they seem very suspicious since they are always sound like they’re advertising Lockerz and seem less than enjoyed to have cool electronics such as that 21.5″ Mac. I hope the authorities prove that they’re scamming everyone and that it is a massive pyramid scheme. Oh and BTW, 2 of my friends that I invited also hit Z-List around the same time I did, they never got their shirts either.

Alright people, it’s time to take action. With the Constitution on our side we should file a class action lawsuit against Lockerz and Mrs. Sevitt.
On what grounds you ask?
For starters, the site operates in a manner which attracts teens. The “prizes”, the videos, the music are all aimed at 16-25 year olds.
All this is in a sense is a slave labor camp. We are promised compensation for our work but don’t receive it. That is ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL. It is a scam in every sense of the word and to be more specific, a PYRAMID SCHEME.
The redemptions themselves are immoral. There is no mention of the amount of prizes available, if any. International members are lured to the site but can not participate in “special” redemptions, but are still required to do the work and get the pointz.
These “PTZ” are in fact currency. For every point you get lockerz makes money. So again, by doing the advertising for them they are using us to make a profit without giving anything in return — slave labor.
The amount of spam on the internet related to Lockerz is astounding and disturbing. It’s everywhere; 4Chan, youtube, IGN, Cnet — and practically everywhere 16-25 year olds can be found. This itself is a reason to file suit — Lockerz has essentially created an army of spammers and most of them are under 21.
And finally the scam itself. It is an illegal way to run a business and Lockerz should be brought to justice just like Bernie Madoff was. People who gave money to Lockerz in shop fell victim to the false hope of being able to redeem something — they bought items in SHOP because they were promised they’d win. It’s that simple. Lockerz mislead thousands of people.
So in closing, the next step is to find an attorney to represent us. At the same time we need to find as many members as we can to both CANCEL THEIR ACCOUNTS, “UNLIKE” the Lockerz Facebook page and spread the word.
If there are any attorneys present here, please contact the owners of this website and we’ll get this rolling. If no attorney can be hired for this pro bono, we’ll take it straight to court and one will be provided from the state.
Enough is enough, this scam, the brainwashing, the viral marketing, the slave labor, the outright lies and the emotional child abuse has gone on far enough.
LOCKERZ IS GOING DOWN AND THE VERY PEOPLE WHO TAKE THEM TO COURT WILL BE THE MEMBERS THEY “LOVE” SO MUCH.

Recently, I see that many people are accused of cheating after purchasing something on SHOP with PTZ ONLY. A month back, the same thing happened to me. I finally got enough PTZ to get a pair of Nixon Whip Headphones for free, along with shipping. About two days later, they emailed me, stating that I cheated. They didn’t specify what I did or anything. It was ridiculous because I didn’t cheat, and they took away the PTZ I spent on it.
The NEXT time I purchased something on SHOP, I didn’t use all PTZ. I spent $3. I was not accused of cheating and my item was sent to me in about a week. The point is, if you spend money in SHOP, then you won’t be accused of cheating and have your PTZ taken away. It’s completely unjust because they don’t even TELL you HOW you cheated because they can’t find a reason why you did! They just want your money, and if you don’t pay for that SHOP purchase, you can expect being accused of cheating. This is because they never have enough for everyone, so the only way they can supplement the ones that actually paid is by taking away the purchases with PTZ.
Quoting Albert: “If you read the Terms Of Service, they can deem any suspicious behaviour as cheating. They do not need any hard evidence about it. If they even suspect you have done anything wrong, regardless of it’s true or not, you can get your prize revoked and punished. Basically, Lockerz can say everyone at this redemption cheated and everyone loses their PTZ and their prize. They make the rules and they can do anything they want.”

well, im new to this site and i have read just about everything and i completely agree with lockerz being a scam. The shop bonus redemption came and went with great disappointment not only to me but to a lot of lockerz members, saying everything was gone within 5 SECONDS of the redemption.I was there as soon as it said it went live, my heart was pounding hard thinking YES! IM GETTING THAT MacPro Air!. but as i went to sign in the dreaded message appeared ” sorry you are not in this redemption. i went to my email where i have ordered a shirt prior to this redemption and sent email after email saying pls why cant i enter? no response till the next day. the email is the notorious “You have cheated” i was pissed and sent them even more emails asking them to give me proof of this so called fraud that i have committed and still no reply. been a day and still nothing.I was actually searching on google if somehow i could file a law suit against them, for internet fraud but i am hesitant i must admit. This Shop bonus redemption is still going on after 1 day, 10 hours according to thier “wall”. something is up and doesnt seem right, io have read so many negative posts on tweeter and lockerz FB, i dont think any1 got their mac’s. i still would love to file a law suit against them.

My friend redeemed a skull candy headset and in 3 weeks he got it exactly as ordered and I redeemed for an ipod touch and got it so I don’t think lockerz is a scam but u guys have ur own opinion.

Before shop was launched they had a very limited stock of prizes. From the money they are earning from shop i expect they should have wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more prize stock. If they dont its gonna be hard to get a prize unless you are on the site 24/7 refreshing the page every 5 secs.

Both “June” Lockerz redemptions were made of pure bullshit on balls. They both claimed that I wasn’t eligible for the redemptions. And especially the general redemption, you had a 2 minute lag spike where the page wouldn’t even load. Nice “server switch” that brought more “stability.”

Thousands of items could refer to 2000 wallpapers and 1 of each other item. Even so, only 2000 for potentially 300000 people? When you imply we WILL get a prize? Scammers.

I have been getting my hopes up for a free paypal gift card and an iPad from Lockerz. My very first redemption was supposed to be chance to get the paypal gc to get my comics from eBay. But No, as soon as I entered the redemption, EVERY prize is sold out and the same thing happened 2day. I wish I can delete my Lockerz account cuz Lockerz is bullsh*t and if you want free stuff by earning points besides watching the damn ads to get points, try SwagBucks instead cuz u see I get lots of amazon gift cards by doing surveys and searching the web.

I ordered Uncharted 2 and GTA 4 from SHOP using all my ptz to get 100% off and i was called a cheater and my order was cancelled i want to know why? I had like 10k ptz thx to triple ptz and i earned all my ptz since September and after this order i havent gotten any replies about my situation =S

All started with the Z-List shirt, they sent me an email, but they never sent the shirt, then i email them like 3 times why haven’t they sent me the shirt, but they never answered, but when I sent a recomendation for the site, they answer me just a few hours later….. @#$%^&*. Then, i’m member siince january and so far i’ve colected 9970 ptz. And when june’s redemtion went live, i literally enter exactly when it started, I remember I refreshed the page in the exactly moment. and ALMOST EVERYTHING fresh out, obviously the cool stuff like the iMac, the MacBook or the paypal money… so i just redemed a background to see if at leats they sent it to me.
Well i just said im using my ptz on shop at least and i’m never visiting lockerz agains, it’s scam. SCAAAAM!!!…
So, i bought a PS3 game, god of war using 4997ptz for a free 100% off. At the next day, the sent me the famous email that i’ve cheated!!!, then the seccond chance, they took away the point from the shop order! but not the background 75ptz…. OF COURSE NOT!… It’s easy for them, they just send you an email saying that you’ve cheated and they cancel your order/prize, IF I HAVE THEM IN FRONT OF ME I WILL KILL THEM!…LOCKERZ IS SCAM AND NOTHING MORE THAN SCAM!!!! I HATE LOCKERZ, I $%^& HATE LOCKERZ!

I loved lockerz in the beginning, getting all these points, thinking that i was going to get something great. I actually got into redemtions. All i got was a bag :/ I guess thats better then nothing.Then I was on SHOP where i buy all my stuff since it seems i cant get on Redemtion. I used all my points for another bag which was like 5 bucks. I recieved it. Then i had enough for something bigger, like 3 shirts and 2 pants and soo on. I put my order in and they said “Sorry you ordered is cancelled because you are a cheater” What the heck i dont even know how to cheat on the stupid site!!!!! They took all my points and i was so pissed .. well still am.
Not only that when i bought stuff at shop they said that i was in the speical redemtion
So i went to log in and they denied me .. saying i wasnt in it.. i was even more pissed ..
Im starting to believe this site is a load of BS!!!! Big time.

I ordered something on shop 18 days ago… They still haven’t sent me a shipment confirmation. Just a ” thanks fer yer munee yew ideeyut!” and after that they wouldn’t respond to a single email. Not one. I get a confirmation that they received the email, but nothing else. $30 down the toilet…

Hello,
Lockerz is a complete scam. In one of the redemptions back in February or March, I made it through to collect the iPod touch 8GB with my points that I had earned diligently logging in everyday. Once the redemption went through, I received an email receipt that had an receipt number that was blank. They said there was an issue and that everyone should report to support their email and a copy of the receipt to get the item redeemed.
They then told us we would receive $50.00 AMAZON gift cards in lieu of the iPod Touch. I received the email a couple days later with a redemption code on Amazon. I decided to give it to my grandmother for her birthday. She went to buy some items and input the code only to find out there was a zero balance.
I then informed the staff and they said that it must have been an error on my part. It is simple to look through my Amazon account and look at past purchases. I called up Amazon trying to glean more information only to find out that it was not a valid code. I then notified them that Amazon said the code was invalid and they reassured me that I must be mistaken, they wouldn’t send out false codes. Funny thing is they never responded to my next response and still won’t respond.
Don’t waste your time on this site. The more stories that surface of their unfair business practices the better off others will be. Lockerz gets your mailing address and other information which I am sure they promise won’t be released to 3rd party companies but most certainly is.

I redeemed about 3000 points for a music CD and shipping and they said I was fraudulent and they canceled my order and took my points. There was nothing fraudulent about my order so I tried to inquire (7 times so far) what the problem was so I can correct it and they usually don’t send any response or if they do it’s completely off topic.
lockerz is a really bad site and should be closed because of their bad practices. I’ve also attempted to go to redemptions and they are always out of everything worth any value within 5 minutes and have yet to get anything.
One time my dad tried to help me get something from redemption spending an hour unable to get anything and I cried and made him feel bad and he got angry at me because of all the frustration he went through and then no thanks for it. Lockerz is really really bad. I’ve never seen a worse site in my life for customer services and customer appreciation!
