I am ZDoctor. I created Lockerz-Scam. I have been waiting for you. You have many questions, and although the process has altered your consciousness, you remain irrevocably ignorant. Ergo, some of my answers you will understand, and some of them you will not. Concordantly, while your first question may be the most pertinent, you may or may not realize it is also irrelevant.
Is Lockerz a Scam?
Lockerz is the sum of a remainder of an unbalanced equation inherent to the programming of GPT Sites. It is the eventuality of an anomaly, which despite my sincerest efforts I have been unable to eliminate from what is otherwise a harmony of mathematical precision. While it remains a burden to sedulously avoid it, it is not unexpected, and thus not beyond a measure of control. Which has led you, inexorably, here.
Lockerz January Restock Overview
On Saturday, January 30th, 2010, Lockerz had a redemption. The news of the redemption was broadcasted a week ago. With no date announced, everyone on Lockerz waited patiently for redemption time. With this new surprise redemption, no one knew when it would be. Before I go into the redemption, I must say this system just sucks. How can you expect us to be on 24/7. Then you make the rule on no refreshing? Well how in the world are we supposed to see if it’s opened. If I check and 2 minutes later, you run redemption, then I would have spent my day in front of the computer for nothing.
The redemption itself occurred at 4:05 PM EST and ended at 4:35 PM EST. However, the real redemption ended at 4:05:01 PM EST. Within 10 seconds of the redemption, all electronics were “Fresh out”. The only things that remained were Guarantee Your Prize For Excessive Amounts Of Points, Wallpapers, and a Paypal giftcard for $25.
The prizes for this redemption were significantly less than that of December’s. This redemption had a row or 2 of video games, a few DVDs, 3 apple products, and a couple game systems. What it had an excess of were the Wallpapers. Other things up for redemption were Lockerz brand items like notebooks and such as well as cash amounts but they were “Fresh out” in seconds as well.
If the poor listing for this redemption isn’t enough to make you scratch your head and ask why, let’s analyze what Lockerz has said. They said they stocked up thousands of each item yet in the first seconds they are gone? I was on at 4:05 sharp and when I entered PTZ Place, everything was “Fresh out”. As well, they promised they would have NDS XL. Well, I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but they did not stock it. There were no NDS XL in PTZ Place. 2 lies Lockerz. How many more will you give us?
Lets analyze the Pyapal giftcard next. The giftcard is $25 for 300 ptz. 300 points for $25?! ARE YOU SERIOUS LOCKERZ?! That’s $0.083/point or 8.3 cents/point. An advertised game is $0.6-0.7/point or 60-70 cents/point. If you want to speculate, we can say this is a bait and switch. They make show you promises of games and what they only have is a much less grand $25.
Many people went into this redemption later than 4:05 and were shocked to see everything was gone. Congratulations on your failure Lockerz. We’re happy you got a server that works. Now how bout you show us a system for redemption that works too?
I find it a big joke that you can call 1 hour of angry users spamming your FB account into deletion a huge success. You angered more users than pleased and now you say you’ll do it again? Maybe this is the fate of Lockerz. Maybe they are destined to be in beta forever. If this is how a redemption is, they do not deserve to go out of beta. They deserve to have their server’s revoked and gone.
What you should not is that had a healthy supply of wallpaper. They could easily have had over thousands of stock… on wallpaper. They wouldn’t be lying then but still dishonest.
You’re just angry because you’re not quick enough to buy a point redemption.

You just made up this site because you were pissed off about all the redemptions you missed since your so slow and know you keep saying is a scam and I don’t even know why you say you don’t have a Lockerz account otherwise how did you know the redemptions was a 4:05PM?

Well… I redeemed a PSP Go yesterday for 675 ptz… not a COMPLETE fail.. but I just got extremely lucky. They probably had only 1 or 2 of each GOOD prize.

Users “Lockerz” and “James” are pathetic. Why the hell do you defend Fuckerz? Did you ever get anything from it? If you did, PROVE IT. Unboxing videos DO NOT COUNT. Take a picture of the SHIPPING label, WITHOUT editing/removing/hiding the Fucker’z shipping address (you can omit yours, for privacy sakes). Also, getting a shirt for free doesn’t mean ANYTHING, as those shits….err shirts…are used as propaganda…PROMOTIONS! Also, to “Alec”…I hope you do get your prize, and if you do, please post what was mentioned above, to at least give Fucker’z SOME credibility. Though something tells me they will give you the run around and not send anything.

Take a picture or it never happened, the rule of the internet, seriously, would you believe if i told you that i had redeemed a ps2 withouth a picture of it, or withouth the “lockers” receipt?
Also, to all the “S-Listers”, you won a t-shirt for giving away 20 e-mails and their data to unknown companies.
And to all that think that “lockers” is free, they stock their “prizes” from a little part that they won with adds like “Everybody loves Greta. We do too. Find out why here.” (Movie advertising), and by answering questions like “CAPCOM Or MARVEL”.
To all the people that says “you’re slow haha, i have a 100Mbit connection”, try to stay connected to “lockers” when you have homework to do.

I came to a conclusion about lockerz and its developers recently. I suspected it a for a while, but I wasn’t sure, so I got really angry at how the site was working so poorly and how it was so slow and so poorly made and those other sections of the site that have been announced for september are still not here…….
the guys are retarded. and it’s okay! I used to get so pissed off about it, but the guys are doing their best with their limited skills. I think that’s so obvious from the way lockerz is going. I know this is going to sound bad, but from those videos they post on their main (news) page, you can clearly see that they’re kind of slow. but it’s okay!
truth be told, I see lockerz in brand new light lately and I think it’s amazing how much they’ve accomplished! I really applaud their effort support those boys all the way!

well seeing as they don’t fully own most of those but hold a percentage of those companies, just because we don’t like lockerz does not mean we hate other things that liberty media holds interests in. That hole theory does not even make sense. If I was to use that same idea then if I did not like Obama then that means I should hate all black people, which makes no sense at all now does it….using that same idea if someone hate KFC because of the cruelty to chicken then that same person should hate pizza-hut, taco bell, etc because they are all with the same company right???

That argument is poorly thought out and retarded. Why should I hate AOL and Expedia? Because they are owned by Liberty Media? There is no logical reason hate Liberty Media because chances are, AOL, Expedia, Lockerz, etc. are run by different people and hold different standards of Customer Service. Lockerz has poor customer service while Expedia has been quite good for me. We do not hate the umbrella company. We hate Lockerz because of how it is run.

If you think Lockerz is a waste of time, don’t waste your time with it. The way things are set up now, it is NOT a site for free stuff. They have prize giveaways, but tell me, does everybody win the grand prize in a contest?
Besides, you are not paying to use Lockerz. If you are choosing to sit at your computer for hours on end waiting for a prize redemption, that is your choice to do so. No one is forcing you. Lockerz has no obligation to you. If you don’t get your prize, quit whining.

your sound selfish to me….you don’t care about anyone other than yourself and thats ok but I care about others and I don’t want people wasting time on lockerz for the slim chance of getting something……….what do you say to people to try and help drug addicts?? would you say “They are not forced to do drugs, it’s their choice to do so. copying and pasting would end up with a small picture…but you can find them all online somewhere else…….but really WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU EVER WANT TO SEE THE LOCKERZ BACKGROUND EVERY TIME YOU GET ON YOUR COMPUTER???
