I am ZDoctor. I created Lockerz-Scam. I have been waiting for you. You have many questions, and although the process has altered your consciousness, you remain irrevocably ignorant. Ergo, some of my answers you will understand, and some of them you will not. Concordantly, while your first question may be the most pertinent, you may or may not realize it is also irrelevant.
Is Lockerz a Scam?
Lockerz is the sum of a remainder of an unbalanced equation inherent to the programming of GPT Sites. It is the eventuality of an anomaly, which despite my sincerest efforts I have been unable to eliminate from what is otherwise a harmony of mathematical precision. While it remains a burden to sedulously avoid it, it is not unexpected, and thus not beyond a measure of control. Which has led you, inexorably, here.
February Restock Overview
Well it’s been a long time since the restock so my memory wasn’t as sharp… Sorry if the times aren’t exact.
OK so lets get started shall we? The February restock consisted of 4 waves. 3 out of the 4 were pay to enter. For 1 wave, you pay 100 PTZ. For 2 waves, 250 PTZ and for 3 waves, 350 PTZ. The last wave was a free wave for everyone. The dates scheduled for the 3 pay waves were February 25 and 26th for the free wave. Let’s analyze each wave separately so here we go.
Wave 1 (6:00 – 7:00 PM EST)
This was probably the biggest failure Lockerz had throughout the 4 waves. First off, during the time leading up to 6:00, the website was hammered and crashed. right before 6:00, all everyone saw was the screen with Odyss licking glass and the purple error. This continues on throughout half of the wave. Seriously, everyone saw the error image up until 6:30-6:35ish. at 6:40ish, the doors opened and redemption was over in a snap. WOO Congrats Lockerz, can’t handle the bandwidth even after the apparent switch of servers in December or January.
Wave 2 (8:00-9:00 PM EST)
Nothing special in this. Same, typical, lightning fast restock. Wave was over in 2 minutes or so. Somehow, they sold out of Paypal cards O.O How can you sell out of cash? No more budget for the cards?
Wave 3 (10:00-11:00 PM EST)
Same as 2. Ended before anyone even realized it.
Wave 4 (5:37 PM EST)
I don’t know about you guys but I couldn’t get in before everything was gone. Might be my luck, might be my internet connection not being the best in the world. I don’t know but at this point, I’m not very upset.
Afterthoughts:
Typical Lockerz restocks. The first wave was reminiscent of the Z-Lister only redemption back in November or September. The rest were similar to the January restock except this time Paypal cards went Out Of Stock as well. Still don’t know how you run out of E-gifts… especially the wallpaper…. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF WALLPAPER?!! Seriously, it’s not tangible and it only takes up bandwidth. How can you possibly run out of that?
Something you guys should all note is the Lockerz Facebook wall. You should have seen how angry people were on Facebook. There was literally over 1000 posts on their wall about FAIL and WTF LOCKERZ!!!! Was very fun to read. It’s also great to see the maturity of many of the Lockerz fanbase. After walls of WTF and FAIL comments came the racists. Several, not one or two but several posts said international members were to blame. Some members seemed to think that the failure of Lockerz was due to its non-American members.
Lets not forget that after the restocks, Lockerz Facebook was taken down again. Can’t handle all the negativity? Well too bad. You deserve it. You can’t call these redemptions. These are lotteries.
Theories behind this restock:
Well let’s now look at the hidden details in this restock. First, they said it was 4 waves. Sounds great right? Well, it would except for one thing, they never mentioned an increase of stock. That means that even though there were 4 waves, that never meant that the stock of items would increase. Let’s say they had 100,000 prizes last redemption. Now, they could have had 100,000 for this redemption too since they never said they would increase the stock they had. That means they could have had 25,000 prizes in each wave. This redemption could feels like it’s giving you more chances at even smaller odds.
One more thing to note is this could have been a business scheme in Lockerz favour. How come this is the first time they want us to pay points to try and redeem? Maybe it’s because Lockerz fears that if they open the full site, they would get bombarded by redemptions at their 24/7 shop. Think about it. Not a lot of people have redeemed so it’s completely feasible that the amount of points of many members is over 800. 800 under the terms of Lockerz’s 24/7 shop would be enough for 2 games. That would bankrupt Lockerz really quickly if they allowed everyone in the world to order up a game. So this pay to redeem might have been a way to reduce point totals while making it seem like they are being really generous.

lol when is the next restock….that’s is a retarded question seeing as lockerz most likely won’t announce the time again after feb redemption…………a announced time is 100x worse than a announced one…..because if they announce it then people wont miss it on purpose….all lose people who missed it by a few mins or secs in older redemptions will make sure they wont miss it…meaning your slim to none chances drop even more…
learn from the past…..November restock was a fail, December restock was a fail and shorter than November, January restock was a fail and shorter than December, February restock was a fail and shorter than January…..hmmmm seems like march restock is going to be a fail and shorter then February

Lockerz is a competition site yes…but they don’t advertise that…they advertise that members get free prizes for doing tasks….they deceive members into thinking they are going to get a prize….you say you have to be blind..we’ll looking at a lot of lockerz fans on this site and many others….they not only seem blind…but deaf and dumb too….i have seen lots of people who think that lockerz sole purpose is to give prizes….people who say lockerz givesw 50-100% of membership a prizes each month…people who think that lockerz will have a legit 24/7 restock………lockerz is addicting to a lot of people…we are not here solely because we didn’t redeem anything…some of us have and some have been that lucky one to redeem but then lockerz gave nothing…..We are not only thinking for ourselves but others….they aren’t stealing from people (that we know of) but that’s because they can sell any and all info legally as you already agreed to let them do so in there Terms of Service….deceiving people into staying…that’s just as wrong as stealing

Lockerz is a scam and they are only in it for the money they are actually now making millions of dollars through selling dailies, and through advertisement for videos and making money from the videos themselves. Lockerz definitely does not care for its members. It is all about the $$$$$$. They purposely did this redemption in order to steal members points. Yes some people get prizes but most of their members get nothing and will never get anything.

LOCKERZ JUST STARTED A NEW INTERNATIONAL VS USA COMPETITION WHERE WHOEVER GETS MORE POINTS REDEEMS AND THE OTHER GETS NOTHING THIS IS A SCAM IN ORDER TO HAVE PEOPLE WATCH THEIR VIDEOS AND STAY ON THEIR SITE LONGER. ALSO THEY ARE DOING THIS IN ORDER TO GIVE OUT LESS PRIZES.

Lockerz makes it seem like you can get prizes easy and fast…..but a majority of members do not get a prize. Lockerz only gives a few prizes to keep the hype up…by you posting that you got a prize (a cheap 5 cents skin) you advertising Lockerz…same with the shirt,,,

Its stupid because Lockerz doesn’t tell you the time of the restock and it lasts for such a short time. It’s impossible to even get on when it happens and the prizes are gone in seconds.

Does anyone even read the FAQ?
Since the beginning they have said that they were going to increase everything by 4x. They were just waiting till the release of the PLAY function.

No one ever said that you had to stay on the website, nor did they ever ask you to go on everyday and build points. So for those people that are complaining about building up x amount of points, you have no one to blame but yourselves.

Is lockerz making 40+ million a month…..i doubt it but if they did that is still a few prizes to keep the hype up…can you prove they give a lot of prizes out? if i youtube “lockerz unboxing” i get 8,110 results, no if i was to assume each video was a legit unboxing then that proofs that 0.13% of membership as got a prize from all the redemptions combined over the year lockerz has been up…seems to support my side…so i have the economics and the lack of proof on the internet….what do you have to prove me wrong?

no they aren’t forcing you but regardless of force they are still a scam. If i set up a auction on ebay and said i was selling a ps3 but the winner ends up getting a rock is it still a scam even though i did not force them to buy it? A scam according to the merriam-webster dictionary a scam is a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation..they use deceit to gain membership…on lockerz.com/about it says “you’ll get rewarded” and “Turn around and redeem your PTZ for incredible merchandise” both of these imply that I will get a prize and once i have the ptz i can redeem my prize….no where on the entire lockerz site does it even remotely portray just how hard it is to get a prize…they omit that and word it so that people would get the impression they will get a prize and they will not and can not understand just how hard it is to get a prize until they actually try. They have created uber loyal fans that help them keep this deceit around…removing comments and banning the user from there facebook that question lockerz is anyway. They also have control over other sites such as prizetalk which the same occurs.

what the hell are you talking about? one my internet is now slow…….redemptions are bad like that and you know it…..i don’t even live with my parents and i have my own laptop…..the only reason you would say something like that is because you want to make yourself feel better about not getting a prize or you have never been to a redemption….if lockerz was really that great then there would not be a site dedicated to it, lockerz would not be taking down there facebook after each redemption for days so people can not comment about the bad redemption….

Running out of Paypal gift cards is understandable. Lockerz is not going to have an unlimited amount of money that they will give away. The only thing I don’t understand is the wallpapers… how the hell do you run out of a digital media?!
Also, two posts above(Zgore). You can say “every one” the way it is written in the post above yours. Don’t go all Grammar Nazi if you’re just trying to be insulting, you’ll come out looking like an ass.

Since I registered with Lockerz, the february redemption was the only one i could take part in. I went for a Paypal card, but due to a “server error” I couldn’t get any, and I tried at least 10 times until they went Fresh out!
